Are your prints made to order?

Yes. Every print is made to order after you place your order, then shipped directly to you by our print partners.

Where do you ship from?

Prints are made and shipped from multiple locations worldwide, so your order is produced as close to you as possible.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location and carrier. See our shipping policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $40 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.

Do you offer any discounts?

Buy any two prints and get 15% off. You can also join our newsletter for 10% off your first order. Discounts can’t be combined.

What sizes are available?

Our prints come in 8x12", 12x18", 16x24" and 24x36". Every size keeps the same 2:3 proportions, so the artwork is never stretched or awkwardly cropped.

Framed or unframed?

Every design is available unframed, or framed in black, white or wood. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. See Printing & Framing for more.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

We work hard to make our listings accurate, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. Room images are mockups for illustration.

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because every print is made just for you, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, size or color preference. See our return policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Changes and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email us right away at lostculturestudioco@gmail.com.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging, taken before the print is hung. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll arrange a replacement. See our return policy for full details.
